Samples We offer samples of most items in our inventory for you to review, whether it be the perfect place setting or a formal table setting including the table, linen, and chairs! You can view at our site or take to your client meeting.
Sample cloths may be checked out from our showroom, subject to availability. Where a large number of samples are required, perhaps for a special showing or tasting, a handling/cleaning fee may apply. While we do not charge for the normal rental cost of samples, we do ask our clients to cover shipping costs if samples are to be shipped out of town. This is done through a $35 Handling Fee for samples being shipped to a client. Also, samples are available for single day use only, and must be returned on the scheduled return date; late fees and replacement charges will apply for samples not returned. A credit card will be placed on file in the event that items are not returned.
Site Planning & Layout We are pleased to offer event layouts and scaled drawings for your indoor or outdoor events. For outdoor events we will measure the available space and produce a drawing best-suited to your needs while satisfying all building and safety codes. This service has a fee of $150, which will be credited to your rental invoice once you've placed your order. For custom event services, please email

Installation, Removal & Delivery Services that Provide Peace of Mind Who better to install equipment than those who deal with it daily? If you have limited staff, or no staff at all, we can help. For a per contract fee, we can set up tables, chairs, linens, and table settings. We can also provide you with detailed and sorted deliveries. We can pack your order by the room, by the section, or even by the table! Need your order picked up before or after hours? We can help you meet the demanding time lines often associated with event spaces.
We Can Save You Money Most damage to equipment happens after the event is over. For a fee we can provide you with two levels of service. Our Level Two service offers a Special Events Supervisor to oversee and direct your staff in handling and repacking equipment after use. Our Level One service features a Dish room Team to repack products into the original containers after your staff consolidates the equipment to a central location. All fees are based on size and scope of the event.
Production Services That Make Your Event Shine! From pre-planning to final execution we can provide you full turn key service. We work with other event vendors and city officials as a central point of contact to ensure a flawless event. We will manage all of the logistics of load-in and load-out. When necessary we will obtain building, fire, electrical, and HVAC permits on your behalf. Fee for this service is based on the size and scope of your event, please ask for a quote.
Custom-Made Event Services Do you need custom-made, hand-painted table linens? Or a custom draped tent? How about a chandelier of your own design? We are proud to offer special services. Elegant fabric, draped and pleated, in our tents or in your venue is our specialty. From wedding white to circus inspired, your imagination is all we need to create the environment. Add a touch of creative lighting to really set the stage for a fantastic event.
Custom Linen Orders Custom orders require a customer signature and non-refundable payment in full before the order can be processed. Custom orders may not be changed after processing has begun. Additions may be placed as separate orders, and will also require payment in full before processing. We cannot guarantee the availability of fabric on any custom purchase until it has been physically received, as manufacturers are occasionally unable to provide requested product.
We frequently receive requests to make linen from fine fabrics such as Iridescent Taffeta, Bengaline, Dupioni Silk, etc. These fabrics are too delicate to be integrated into our standard inventory, as they are unable to withstand additional rentals. However, we will gladly create highly perishable custom linen to your exact specifications and offer them to you for rental.
Exquisite Party offers a wide range of sizes in the majority of our product lines. However, when items of a non-standard size are required, we can make new linen to your exact specifications upon your request and the availability of the fabric.
Please be aware that custom items require additional time to process and produce and are often constrained by 'minimum yardage' restrictions set by fabric manufacturers. Custom rentals rates will apply to all orders of this type and deposits will be required before fabric is purchased. "First Use" are items that we do not currently have in stock, but will consider adding and supporting as part of our regular rental line. With management approval, a new style, item or size can be created from a fabric we do not already carry or from fabric that is already included within our product line, provided that significant quantity is being added to inventory.
Additionally, clients wishing to ensure perfect color, sizing and quality of an item already in our product line can request that brand new linen be made for their event and that for an additional charge, they are guaranteed "first use" on that item.
Please contact your Event Manager about Exquisite Party's policies on "First Use", especially if you have an event of a significant size and would like us to consider adding a new item, size or line on your behalf.
